Fram Trak Industries
Fram Trak Industries, Inc. is a third-generation, family-owned plastics manufacturer founded in 1979, with design and manufacturing facilities in Middlesex, New Jersey.
We have partnered with customers who need a reliable supplier—one that brings engineering driven solutions, consistent quality, and responsive service to every project. We know that when your product is at stake, reliability isn’t optional; it’s the standard.
Built on Responsibility - and Built to Last
Our commitment extends beyond parts. We invest in people, processes, and practices to create long-term value:
- Socially Responsible: Certified by the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) since 2020, supporting strong labor practices, workplace safety, and responsible business conduct.
- Energy Efficient: Our facility is powered by on-site solar arrays, helping reduce emissions and our energy footprint.
- Sustainable Manufacturing: We advance a circular supply chain by using recycled and responsibly sourced materials at every stage—from raw resin to finished profiles.
- Environmentally Friendly Operations: Our closed-loop production and waste-reduction
programs minimize our environmental impact.

A Single Source for Finished Products
Fram Trak reduces risk by keeping key steps in-house: design support, tooling, extrusion, molding, fabrication, assembly, packaging, and warehousing.
What This Means for Your Team:
- One order for finished goods instead of multiple POs among different vendors
- Faster revisions due to in-house tooling + CAD-driven change control
- Aligned schedules because forming, secondary ops, and packaging happen onsite
- Reliable quality across molded and extruded components
- Reduced coordination load for project managers and purchasing teams
Complete Assemblies and Packaging on-site
- Our team assembles complete packaged products and custom kits in-house, using molded
and extruded components produced onsite. - We provide packaging support for OEM, aftermarket, retail, and bulk industrial shipments.
- By assembling and packaging onsite, Fram Trak reduces vendor handoffs and improves
control over fit, function, and presentation. - You order easier when you consolidate finished goods under a single partner.
Warehousing + on-demand Shipping
- We keep finished goods ready for shipment with onsite warehousing.
- We hold stock against blanket orders or forecasts.
- We provide 'supply on demand' shipping to align deliveries with build schedules, distributor stocking plans, and demand rises.
- Fewer freight touches than multi-vendor workflows (directional benefit from single-facility production and fulfillment).
Quality Monitoring
- We monitor quality continuously throughout production and fulfillment.
- Direct leadership oversees projects to maintain accountability and responsiveness.
